Medical Coding is a growing field with job openings.  As a coder, you'll find a wide variety of career opportunities, including specialties and a limited number of at-home positions.  This program is offered entirely online, providing students 24/7 access to course materials and the flexibility to study on their own schedule.  Study focuses on:  medical language and documentation; coding procedures and guidelines; and effective use of industry-standard coding manuals.  Students have one year to complete the course, most completing in 8-10 months.  Student support teams are in place to help with curriculum questions, technical or computer issues, and assist with job search resources.
